Bogota will be the epicenter to talk about the real estate offer in Colombia

Bogota, Colombia. June 14, 2018. - Commercial premises, offices, apartments and lots are still on the list of major real estate investments in the country. The decrease in interest rates, the subsidy policy of the Government, the reduction in inflation and the possibility that buyers have to pay the initial installment in terms of up to 30 months, make it possible to acquire housing in Colombia today.

In the framework of the XIII edition of Gran Salon Inmobiliario - International Fair, the main platform of the real estate sector in Colombia, buyers, investors and professionals of the sector will be able to know of first-hand the latest trends in the sector, make commercial agreements and acquire for the first time house.

"Our visitors and exhibitors will be able to expand their network of contacts nationally and internationally in four days and generate new business opportunities in a safe, reliable and profitable manner with the best financing alternatives for the acquisition of all types of real estate", said Ricardo Barbosa, project manager of Gran Salon Inmobiliario - International Fair. 

The trade show, organized by the International Business and Exhibition Center of Bogotá - Corferias in association with La Lonja de Propiedad Raiz de Bogota, expects 26,000 visitors this year, mostly professionals from the sector, businessmen, investors, construction companies, specialized consultants, suppliers and officials of industries that depend on the real estate sector.

"During this new edition we will have easy access to mortgage loans for new or used homes, real estate investment options in the United States, Panama, Curacao, Spain, the Dominican Republic, training on real estate issues and information related to the sector", concludes the project manager of the Gran Salon Inmobiliario - International Fair.


Distribution of the trade show 

Pavilion 5, "ideal destination Risaralda", 15 companies will be part of this pavilion that has Camacol Risaralda as an ally with projects ranging from $200,000 COP per square meter.

Level I of pavilion 6, "new national projects", will have pre-sales apartments for stratum 3 in the center of Bogota, Eje Cafetero, Cartagena, Armenia, Cali, Tunja, Fusagasuga and Rionegro, Antioquia. The square meter of the projects will range between $507,000 COP.

Level II of pavilion 6, "new nationals, international shows and academic spaces", will have for the first time the participation of the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic, as well as a rich academic agenda with topics related to how to invest in Florida, Immigration visas and residence as an investor and how to make a holiday home in Central America profitable.

Pavilion 7, "Sabana de Bogotá", will promote the real estate offer for housing (new), commerce (new) and industry (there may be some used) in municipalities such as Madrid, Tocancipa, Zipaquira, Chia and Cota. A total of 28 exhibitors will be part of this pavilion.

The Pavilion 8, "real estate and used auctions", will have 400 properties between apartments, houses, lots and farms that can be separated with $200,000 COP.
