June 27, 2018. – The Bogota savannah is a very diverse region due to its soil, ecosystem, geography and abundance of water, reasons that make it very attractive for settlement of population and multiple economic activities. During the XIII edition of Gran Salon Inmobiliario 2018 - international trade show that will take place from 9 to 12 August in Corferias, 11 municipalities will offer houses, apartments, lots, factories and commercial premises.
"The Bogotá savannah is today a great reference for the settlement of companies, and if housing is concerned, it is designed especially for those who prefer more suitable places for the upbringing of their children and more economical in relation to the offer in Bogota. This without taking into account the remarkable educational offer, which goes from the first stages of learning to professional careers", says Emerson Escobar, director of the Bogotá savannah project.
Among the cities with the current highest demand are Cajica and Zipaquira, where in addition to meeting the needs of its inhabitants in terms of trade, services and housing, have been concerned with providing an environment conducive to the amenities offered by a large city and with a higher level of quality of life.
"Bogota savannah ‘Green destination’ will have the participation of projects for industry, housing, commerce and offices, with alternatives in areas, prices and location. Some of the construction companies that will be present in this pavilion are Rosa Linda, La Mansion, Milenium, Cota, Balcones de Madrid, Aranjuez and Catelo", says Emerson Escobar.

The trade show, organized by the International Business and Exhibition Center of Bogotá - Corferias in association with La Lonja de Propiedad Raíz de Bogotá, expects 26,000 visitors this year, mostly professionals from the sector, businessmen, investors, construction companies, specialized consultants, suppliers and officials of industries that depend on the real estate sector.
